WELCOME ON BOARD ! Soon after you’ve confirmed and paid for your cruise, a site2sea booking confirmation will be emailed to you detailing everything from your ship, dates, itinerary, stateroom number, loyalty perks, cruise cost and taxes and any special instructions and requests. NEXT, a site2sea concierge will help you prepare your final documents (30 days prior to sailing.) We’ll check you in, prepare your boarding passes and baggage tags and reconfirm all of the details associated with your specific sailing.
Upgrades are available through either a bidding process offered by the cruise line (normally within 30-60 days of sailing) which you’ll be notified of or by paying extra for an assigned upgraded stateroom. You can contact your site2sea concierge for details. Within 60-90 days of sailing, you may have to pay extra to change your sailing dates. Cancellation fees take effect within the same time period.
